Sweet Dixie Floral Bouquet Part 3

Good Morning Crafters

Today we have the final part of Gill's step by steps using the Sweet Dixie Floral Bouquet designed by Sue Dix.

We are adding new products to the Sweet Dixie line on our Personal Impressions website.

To create this project you will need the following:

Sweet Dixie Floral Bouquet Stamp
Memento Ink - Sweet Plumb and Tuxedo Black
Gesso paint - White
Promarker pens
Small MDF Tray
Mod Podge Outdoor

Step 1
Paint the tray with a good coat of white gesso

Step 2
Stamp the beautiful floral bouquet image on a scarp of white card and colour using pens of your choice.
My pens of choice are promarkers and I used shades of lilac for the flowers

Step 3
Once you have coloured the image and fussy cut it stick it to the tray using the Mod Podge.
Finally cover the whole tray and image with Mod Podge and allow to dry. It will dry clear and give the tray a really good seal.
Once dry sweep the edges with the sweet plum ink to give a shabby chic look.

This would make a lovely gift and can be used for trinkets on a dressing table or little cakes in the kitchen.

Thank you for visiting Today!
