Teapot Birthday Card

Good Morning Crafters   Today we have a beautiful birthday card created by Louise, she took a template of the Teapot MDF shape to create this card, a great idea!   Check out the Personal Impressions website to see the full range of Studio Light products we have.     You will require the following to create this project:   Janneke Brinkman MDF Teapot, papers and decoupage kit Sweet Dixie Fantasy Floral Border and Panel stamp set Sweet Dixie cream A4 card Ranger Archival ink (Black) extras: ribbon and lace offcuts, sequins Step 1 Using one of the MDF teapot sides, draw around the shape on to the cream card, twice. Cut our the teapots, covering one with a paper from the kit. Score the other design as per the photo. Place glue on the handle upto the score line, (this will form your hinge). Good Morning Crafters   Today we have part 2 in the series of projects using Sweet Dixie Floral Bouquet by Gill.   Check out the Personal Impressions website all the new Sweet Dixie stamps and dies!     You will need the following for this project: Sweet Dixie Floral Bouquet stamp Sweet Dixie Fantasy Floral Corners Stamp Sweet Dixie Embossing Powder - Pink Sparkle Sweet Dixie Smooth card stock - Rose and Ivory Promarker watercolour pens Memento Ink - Tuxedo Black Step 1 As the stamp was new I like to stamp it several times as the more you use it the more clarity you get. Once I was happy with the image I blasted it with the heat gone to dry the ink completely before I started to colour the image with watercolour pens. Sweet Dixie Floral Bouquet Part 1

Good Morning Crafters   We have a step by step project to share with you by Gill. This is part one of 3 designs using the floral bouquet by Sweet Dixie.   She has used one of the new Sweet Dixie Stamps designed by Sue Dix and can be found on the Personal Impressions website:     You will need the following for this project: Sweet Dixie smooth card in white Sweet Dixie Floral bouquet stamp Memento ink - Tuxedo black Spare scrap of black card Little gems 6x6 Square Card blank   Step 1 Cut a piece of white card into a square 1/2 cm smaller than the card blank Ink the flower part of the stamp and stamp in the bottom left hand corner of the square. Stamp another corner on a scrap piece of card and cut out. Card-io Woodland Walks

Good Morning Crafters   Today we have a beautiful step by step by Pandy using the new Card-io stamp sets.   Check out the Personal Impressions website to see all the new stamps.       To create the above project you will need the following:   A piece of canvas Adirondack Paint Dabbers (Lettuce, Citrus, Sail Boat Blue, Pool, Pink Sherbet Sunshine) Card-io stamp – Woodland Walks Tissue Paper Memento ink pad Black Tuxedo PVA Needle and thread and some seed beads   Step 1 Keeping the paint very dry – scrub over the canvas piece with the blues at the top and the greens at the bottom.  Rub a line of pink along the horizon – then add a big spot of yellow for the sky and soften round the edge with a bit of pink.     Step 2 Stamp loads of the little trees onto the tissue paper with the Memento ink and cut round each in a rough shape.     Step 3 ...
