Visit to Viva Decor

Good Morning Crafters,

Linda here to share with you my visit to Viva Décor  in Germany.
I went along with 2 members of staff Stacey Thomas and Jenny Hawkins from our sister company Country Love Crafts.

We arrived on the Monday morning and got stuck in straight away with workshops using the new products.  These include the new Concrete paste and mix, Rusty Paper, Venezia, Inka Textile to name but a few of the products we used.  It was a busy couple of days but we all had a lot of fun.

We then spent Wednesday and Thursday recording videos using these brand new products.

Viva Décor looked after us all superbly and we all had a wonderful time.

The next set of photographs are screen shots of the products and beautiful samples created by the talented ladies at Viva Décor.

These are metal drums which has been given the Rusty and more along with Rusty Patina to give an authentic rusty look.  The photograph doesn't do these justice they are amazing.

This display shows the Venezia stone effect samples which gives your projects a Mediterranean finish.

This display shows the Concrete for Creatives.  This is an amazing product and the possibilities of home décor both inside and outside is endless.

This display shows Inka Textile, this looks fabulous on Jeans, I think the teenagers will love this.

Another display showing Venezia stone effect.

Display showing the wonderful Chalky Paint

A couple of display home décor items showcasing the Concrete

This is the entrance to the shop that is full to the brim with Viva Décor products.
This is where we worked preparing for the videos.

Here are some of the products that we worked with.
The first thing we worked with was this amazing product which is concrete powder and you mix with water to create fabulous home décor projects.

This is a concrete paste and works on a variety of surfaces and the glazes give the look of authentic stone. We all loved this too

I personally loved this as it gives a lovely metallic sheen to your stamped image almost like embossing without all the steps, it is raised so gives a lovely texture.
Another favourite is this beautiful product. It is so rich and creamy and paints like a dream onto all surfaces.
I have saved my favourite until last! This along with the patina gives an authentic rustic feel to your projects.  I even put it onto card and once dry die cut, it didn't crack and I have so many ideas on using this product especially for my steampunk projects.

Well I hope you have enjoyed this post, sorry I haven't put all the products up of what we worked with. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and thanks to everyone at Viva Décor for making us feel so welcome and for looking after us so well.

Over on the Personal Impressions website we stock all the Viva Décor Ranges, check out the Stockist Locator on the home page for a stockist near you!

Many thanks for stopping by Today!
