A Summer's Garden

Good Morning Crafters
A new project to share today by Samantha!
Have you been enjoying seeing what the design team have created with the Card-io stamp sets?
Check out the home page on the Personal Impressions website where you will find the stockist locator to find a stockist near you.
To create this project you will need the following:
Card-io Collection Backyard Blooms, Veranda View,
and Pottery Petites,
Distress Inks, Peeled Paint, Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry and Mustard seed.
Watercolour card, black card.
Ranger - Archival Ink, jet black,
Stickles star dust.
Glossy Accents.

Step 1
Add distress inks onto a matt and spray with plenty of water and wipe watercolour card thought to make the background scene.
Leave to dry.

Step 2
Use a Waterproof Ink to stamp your scene.
Start with the Bird table and watering can.

Step 3
Continue to build the scene with the web and flowers.
With the flowers, stamp twice without re inking to get a soft look.
When happy with the stamping add a fine line from the spider to the table and from the web to the flowers.
Step 4
Use the pottery petites on the rods and stamp around the watering can.
Add some Inka-gold to a clear block and water down and use it to stamp with.
Add glossy accents to snail and spider and glitter glue to the flowers.

Step 5
Matt and layer the scene to black card and a white card blank.
Add glitter glue to the edge of the watercolour card to finish.
Thank you for visiting Today!
