For the Gardener!

Good Morning Crafters   How are you all doing?   Today we have a beautiful project suitable for that gardener in your life by Samantha.   The design team have enjoyed created projects with the new Card-io stamp sets.   The products Samantha has used can be found on the Personal Impressions website.     You will require the following the create this project:   Card-io Collection  Veranda View and Pottery Petites. Versafine - Vintage Sepia, Imperial Purple, Spanish Moss   Versa colour Canary. Smooth Stamping card, purple card and mount board. Stickles star dust. Lilac bow.     Step 1   Stamp the watering can onto the mount board with sepia ink.  With the Pottery Petites, stamp the flowers and vines around the watering can, with first and second generation stamping. Add glitter glue to the flowers.   Step 2   Mount the board onto purple card. Add a small bow.   Step 3 Use the small flower and purple ink pad and s

Good Morning Crafters   Friday sure has rolled around quickly this week!   Today we are sharing a beautiful card created by Samantha.   Check out the Personal Impressions website to view the Card-io range of stamps we stock. We have a stockist locator on the home page which enables you to find a stockist near you.     To recreate this card you will need the following:   Card-io Collection Backyard Blooms, Pleasant Pastures and Pottery Petites. Distress Inks, Peeled Paint, Peacock Feathers, Picked Raspberry and Mustard seed. Watercolour card, black card. Window die cut. Versafine inks black, spanish moss, imperial purple and canary. Stickles star dust. Glossy Accents.   Step 1 Press distress inks onto a matt and spray with plenty of water and wipe watercolour card thought to make the background scene. Leave to dry.  Step 2 With the die cut, pencil though the window in the centre of the card, so you can stamp inside.  

Teapot Birthday Card

Good Morning Crafters   Today we have a beautiful birthday card created by Louise, she took a template of the Teapot MDF shape to create this card, a great idea!   Check out the Personal Impressions website to see the full range of Studio Light products we have.     You will require the following to create this project:   Janneke Brinkman MDF Teapot, papers and decoupage kit Sweet Dixie Fantasy Floral Border and Panel stamp set Sweet Dixie cream A4 card Ranger Archival ink (Black) extras: ribbon and lace offcuts, sequins Step 1 Using one of the MDF teapot sides, draw around the shape on to the cream card, twice. Cut our the teapots, covering one with a paper from the kit. Score the other design as per the photo. Place glue on the handle upto the score line, (this will form your hinge). Step 2 Create a tag slightly bigger than one of the image toppers from the kit; using the cream card. Punch a hole and add ribbon, distressing the edges of your tag for

Card-io Nature Fairies Note Card

Good Morning Crafters   A quick and easy project for you today by Pandy.   The fairies are very popular stamps as are all of Card-io stamp sets. Which set is your favourite.   Check the Personal Impressions website to see the full range:       You will require the following for this quick project: Card-io stamp sets – Veranda View – Enchanted Garden – Backyard Blooms Personal Impressions smooth white cardstock Memento Ink Pad – Tuxedo Black   Step 1   Cut the A4 sheet of card in half to A5 – score and fold lengthways so you have a tall, slim card. Stamp the bird house from the Veranda set in the centre of the card.   Step 2   Add some foliage around the base of the bird house.     Step 3   To finish off stamp the fairies and bees around the roof.   A quick and easy monochrome card suitable for any occasion.   Thank you for stopping by Today! 

Dancing Daffodils

Good Morning Crafters   Today we have a beautiful floral project by Samantha.   I love daffodils with their beautiful colours, they make me smile. What flower brings a smile to your face?   We have a range of Card-io stamp sets on the Personal Impressions website.     You will require the following to create this project:   Card-io Collection Backyard Blooms, and Veranda View and Dancing Daffodils. Versafine - vintage sepia, Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves Smooth Stamping card, Shaped card and envelope. Stickles star dust and liquid pearls brass. Glossy Accents.   Step 1 Stamp the pots and watering can from Veranda View with sepia ink onto smooth card and cut out and shape with a mat and ball tool.   Step 2   Stamp the flowers and leaves from Dancing Daffodils on the rods around the shaped card.  Use the colours from the ink pad.  Add glitter glue to the flowers.    Step 3   Glue the pots and watering can onto th

New Home

Good Morning Crafters   We have a new step by step project for you by Louise.   She has created a new home card using Card-io stamps.     Check out the Personal Impressions website to see the new range of Card-io stamps.   You will need the following to create this project:   Card-io Nuits Paris stamp collection Distress inks: Peeled Paint, Pumice Stone, Picked Raspberry, Evergreen Bough, Broken China and Scattered Straw Black Archival Ink     Step 1 Take a piece of water colour card and make an A6 card blank. Mask the card front using tape about 3/4 the way down.     Step 2 Using the Archival Ink stamp the row of houses so that it goes over one edge.   Step 3   Mask the houses and stamp the trees to create a background.     Step 4   Colour in the houses, trees and add some sky using your distress inks. Remove one of the pieces of tape and draw a line under the remaining tape piece to create the road.   Step
