BeYoutiful Plaque

Good Morning Crafters

A new project to share with you today by Gill.

Check out the home page of the Personal Impressions website for a stockist near you!

I bought a really cheap plaque with the word BeYOUtiful on it because it shouted to me 'make me more beautiful'
For this project you will need the following:

Tim Holtz Collection Crackle stencil
Memento ink in Rose Bud
Ink blenders
Sweet Dixie Dies - Stylised Daisy and Embroidery Style Frame
My Colors Cardstock - Pink polka dot

I was going to use the Crafty Impressions Yellow Chiffon flowers but changed my mind last minute - well I am a woman after all!

Step 1

Using the stencil I gently inked the plaque to give some more definition to the white background
Step 2

Cut 2 of the largest of the dies using your die cutting machine.
These dies cut beautifully on all machines.
I used the cut 'n' boss here but I have used other machines on Sweet Dixie Dies and they cut perfect every time.
Step 3

I chopped one side of the die cuts and stuck them around the edges of the plaque.
As you can see they don't quite meet.
Step 4

This is the point I changed my mind as I needed a bigger flower and the smallest of the square dies. The stylised daisy is fantastic I use it all the time.
For this I just inked the smaller middle and added a little gem.
The small square die is at the back covering the gap

The finished plaque.
I bet we all know someone who is BeYOUtiful.

Thank you for stopping by Today!
