Sweet Dixie Bow Inset Card

Good Morning Crafters
 
Pandy has created a beautiful card using one of the new Sweet Dixie dies.
 
We have a wide range of Sweet Dixie dies which are design by Sue Dix over on our Personal Impressions website.
 
You will need the following:
 
Sweet Dixie dies Filigree Bow SDD107 – Thinking of You words SDD099
My Colours Cardstock – Snowbound - lilac
Double sided adhesive sheet
Sparkly gems
 
Step 1
 
Centre the bow shape directly onto the front side of the card - centre the sentiment underneath and cut them out – save all the pieces.

 
Step 2
 
Cut the bow shape and the sentiment from the lilac card– save all the pieces.

 
Step 3
 
Peel the back from one side of the double sided sheet and stick over the back side of the card front.

 
Step 4
 
Sit the lilac bow and sentiment directly into the white card front and then fit all the little white background pieces are in the relevant gaps.  When you are happy that everything is in place, turn the card over and rub over the back well to make sure everything is well fixed.
 
 
Step 5
 
Peel the other side of the double sided paper and sit a plain piece of card over the back of the bow.  Add a little sparkly decoration to the side.

Love Birds

Good Morning Crafters   With Valentine's day being next Sunday Mag's has created this beautiful card.   Have you made your Valentine's card yet?   Products Mags has used can be found on the Personal Impressions website.     Products used for this project are:   Studio Light Creative with Chalk stamp set – Birdcage and Flowers Aspire Crafts Stamping Card C6 white card blank Red and black cardstock Fired Brick distress ink Worn Lipstick distress ink Versamark stamping pad White embossing powder Memento black ink Scrap of red ribbon Red crystal stickers   Step 1 For the background randomly stamp the cluster of hearts from the stamp set using versamark onto a piece of white card.  Emboss using white embossing powder.  Blend Worn Lipstick and Fired Brick distress ink over the whole of the white card.  Remove the ink from the large hearts using some water and a paintbrush.    Step 2 Cut out a heart shape from w
