Owl Plaque

You will need the following:
Lindsay Mason Zendoodle owl buddies & smell the flowers
stamping card
coloured pencils
drawing gum 
archival black ink pad
coloured wire
glossy accents & glitter glue pen
 
 
 

Step 1 
 
Stamp the owl onto a piece of stamping card measuring 14x14 cm. Next paint the drawing gum onto the owl image and allow to dry. 

 

Step 2
 
Next using the background stamp of the smell the flowers stamp, stamp all over to create a background for the plaque. Remove the drawing gum by rubbing it off.
 
 
Step 3

Stamp the owls out again and add doodles onto the owls and colour.

 
Step 4

Colour in the background and the owl with your chosen colours. Then glitter glue the flowers and highlight areas with glossy accents. Then you can add a border to frame the plaque and add wire so you can hang the plaque where you want.


 
Step 5
 
Matt and layer onto the plaque, use the metal wire to create a hanger.
Owl plaque complete.

Love Birds

Good Morning Crafters   With Valentine's day being next Sunday Mag's has created this beautiful card.   Have you made your Valentine's card yet?   Products Mags has used can be found on the Personal Impressions website.     Products used for this project are:   Studio Light Creative with Chalk stamp set – Birdcage and Flowers Aspire Crafts Stamping Card C6 white card blank Red and black cardstock Fired Brick distress ink Worn Lipstick distress ink Versamark stamping pad White embossing powder Memento black ink Scrap of red ribbon Red crystal stickers   Step 1 For the background randomly stamp the cluster of hearts from the stamp set using versamark onto a piece of white card.  Emboss using white embossing powder.  Blend Worn Lipstick and Fired Brick distress ink over the whole of the white card.  Remove the ink from the large hearts using some water and a paintbrush.    Step 2 Cut out a heart shape from w
