Sweet Dixie Santa's Sleigh

Good Morning Crafters

Today we are sharing Elaine's project using another of the new Sweet Dixie Clear Christmas Stamps.

Elaine was sent Santa's Sleigh which can be found in our Christmas shop on the Personal Impressions website.

We do have a Stockist Locator on the home page which enables you to find a stockist near you!

List of Items you will need to create the following:

Sweet Dixie - Santa's Sleigh
Black memento ink pad
Brilliance Pearlescent blue ink pad
Deco Art Glamour Dust
Glue pen
Puff paint
Glue gel
Promarkers/Alcohol Markers

Step 1
Firstly stamp the sleigh image with a Memento ink pad if you are going to colour your image with Alcohol Markers as this is a dye based ink pad, (you could use any mediums to colour this in).

Step 2
Then use a glue pen and draw around the image as to where you want the glitter to adhere to and sprinkled the glitter on.

Step 3
Stamp the sleigh again but only the area on the stamp where the holly is so you can cut out to add dimension to the sleigh.

Step 4
Add some archival brilliance pearlescent blue around the edge of the card and stamp the snowflake around the sleigh. Use white puff paint along the bottom of the sleigh to look like it is in snow.

Step 5
Next use one of the other stamps that comes in the set, on this occasion the single holly and stamp around the edge of the card and colour this in.

Step 6

Stamp the sentiment with Memento from the set onto plain card and use clear embossing powder to highlight the sentiment, then cut out into a fish tail shape.

Step 7
The next step is to mount the image onto the card using 3D foam and
glue gel to give dimension to the holly on the front of the card.

A beautiful Christmas Card don't you think!

Thank you for visiting Today!
